Decker Hat Company, LLC is a Houston-based hat and apparel brand founded in July 2023 by Zack Tafelski. Born from a passion for craftsmanship, culture, and community, Decker Hat Co. was built with a singular mission — to become the preeminent hat and apparel brand representing the spirit of Houston. In less than two years, we’ve not only earned that reputation, but continue to reaffirm it every single day.
Our purpose extends far beyond profit. We are deeply committed to embedding ourselves within Houston’s vibrant culture and giving back to the community that inspires us. Through partnerships with impactful organizations such as the Nancy Owens Breast Cancer Foundation, Southern Smoke Foundation, Butterflies & Birdies, Sky High for Kids, and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, we proudly support causes that reflect the heart and resilience of our city.
