Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not combine shipping on multiple orders.
  • Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address during the checkout process.
  • We are not responsible for any lost items once they have been shipped.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Our return policy lasts for 72 hours from the date your package is marked as delivered. If 72 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at deckerhatco@gmail.com within 72 hours, including photos of the item.

Refunds

  • We currently offer free returns for defective or incorrect items when returning them for a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact our team at deckerhatco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • We cannot replace or refund items that have been worn or used.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be processing time before the refund is posted.
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at deckerhatco@gmail.com.

Reduced Price & Limited-Edition Items

  • Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items and limited-edition items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item or size.
  • To initiate an exchange, email us at deckerhatco@gmail.com with "Exchange + order number" in the subject line.

Shipping

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at deckerhatco@gmail.com for further instructions.
  • You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning items unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
